Terms of Service
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged:I hereby grant A Woman’s Journal, LLC, its affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively, the “Company”) the irrevocable right in perpetuity, to use the journal entries/ blog entries ( Also known as the “ literary contribution” ) written by me in connection with the compilation, production, distribution and exploitation of the literary work, photos, videos, pictures (product/ compilation) presently entitled “Journal Entries, Discussions, Blogs, Forums, Articles, Words of Wisdom, Daily Inspiration.” This grant of rights includes the right to use my literary contribution, photos, videos produced by me contained in the final literary work( product/ compilation) produced by the company without restriction of any kind or nature whatsoever. The literary contribution and/or entries, videos, photos, pictures may be expressed throughout the world, in perpetuity and in any and all media now or hereafter devised without any payment to me. The company has no obligation to use the journal entry/ blog entry and or/ literary contribution in the final literary work (product/ compilation).
I do hereby release and forever discharge the Company of, from and against all actions, causes of action, claims, suits, judgments and demands which may by made against the Company by virtue of my journal entry/ blog entry and /or literary contribution, in any manner whatsoever, in the final literary work (product/ compilation).
